Cancelation Policies
Cancelation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Golfers who miss their appointments or are more than 10 minutes late without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Brooklyn Greens reserves the right to give away your simulator reservation after 10 minutes and charge the no-show fee. All Lessons and bookings longer than two hours require a 50% deposit at time of booking to guarantee a reservation.

Packages, Plans and Tickets: We are unable to refund packages, plans and tickets after
24 hours of purchase except for in extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to bookings@brooklyngreensgolf.com with your situation and we can see about extending
your plan or offering shop credit.

General Membership Terms (applicable to all Memberships):
Billing occurs on the day of the original contract purchase. By purchasing any membership, you consent to your credit card or other payment method being charged on an automatic, recurring basis in the amount of the applicable membership fee. All services included in membership must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and our standard Cancelation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Golfers cancel or no show within 1 hour of appointment without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Brooklyn Greens reserves the right to give away your simulator reservation after 10 minutes and charge the no-show fee. All Lessons and bookings longer than two hours require a 50% deposit at time of booking to guarantee a reservation.

​All members must sign a liability waiver before participating. If any part of this membership agreement is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, that part will be severed from the agreement and the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect. You and Brooklyn Greens Golf, LLC agree that you may bring or participate in claims against Brooklyn Greens Golf, LLC only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained herein, any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.

Terms and conditions of the membership agreement are subject to change at any time.
Monthly Membership Additional Terms
Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month unless you cancel. You may cancel the Monthly Membership at any time.
Six-Month Membership – Additional Terms
If you commit to at least a 6-month membership with a 6 month deposit, you will lock in the monthly rate for consecutive months 7 thru 12 of the same calendar year. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically monthly on the 7th through 12th month, and thereafter automatically every month until you cancel. You may not pause or cancel during the first six months of your membership.
Yearly Membership – Additional Terms
If you commit to at least a 12-month membership with a 12 month payment, you will lock in the monthly rate for 12 consecutive months. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically monthly on the 13th month, and thereafter automatically every month until you cancel. You may not cancel during the first 12 months of your membership.

Pro Shop Returns & Exchanges
Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unused and unaltered item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To process a return, send an email to shop@brooklyngreensgolf.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
If your order was incorrect or damaged, please contact us at shop@brooklyngreensgolf.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
Our Brooklyn Greens Merch collections are small batch and made to reduce waste, but we can do our best to accommodate exchanges as inventory allows. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at shop@brooklyngreensgolf.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and what you’d like to exchange them for.
Shipping Policy
Domestic (US) Shipping: You will receive tracking updates once the package is shipped. Length of shipment from there will depend on shipment service chosen at checkout.
International Shipping: We cannot accept International orders at this time. We hope to accommodate international orders in the near future.
