Health and Safety Policy
The health and safety of our golfers and staff is very important to us at Brooklyn Greens. Please see our latest Health & Safety Policy before your Tee Time. You can expect to receive a Health and Safety Waiver via e-mail 24 hours before your Tee Time. 


Payment & Cancelation Policy
Payment will be processed at the time of your booking accept if you've pre-purchased a package. All services longer than two hours require a 50% deposit at time of booking to guarantee a reservation. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please adjust by logging in and visiting My Bookings  at least 24 hours before your scheduled Tee Time.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Golfers who miss their appointments or are more than 10 minutes late without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Brooklyn Greens reserves the right to give away your simulator reservation after 10 minutes and charge the no-show fee. Golfers who do not show up for a booking are subject to a cancellation fee.
